I’ve been training with Tina for over 8 months now and have noticed my physical and mental health improving significantly. Tina is very knowledgeable about health and fitness and takes the time to understand my evolving goals. She makes sure to program individual sessions to focus on strength, endurance and proper form, which keeps the sessions engaging and never repetitive. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone who is hoping to get stronger, while also having a great time.

My journey with Tina for weight loss has been excellent. I have lost over 10kgs since beginning training with her. She has so much knowledge on nutrition and I have been able to implement so many changes in my diet towards a healthy lifestyle. Tina has given me opportunities to share my journey with other clients which has been so encouraging and empowering. As someone who hasn’t ever particularly enjoyed exercise, I really look forward to my bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with Tina. I feel so much stronger, so energised and so motivated to continue kicking my goals with Tina on my team. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has a similar weight loss & strength building goal to me.

I have been working with Tina twice a week for two years and have achieved sustained weight loss, fitness and strength. My journey with Tina started with me post partum and with an existing knee injury. Tina took the time to understand my goals, assess my entry ability and understand my knee condition. Over the years Tina has designed workouts that have strengthened my pelvic floor and my core to help me recover after childbirth, as well as built the strength in the muscles supporting my knee. Today I am thinner, fitter and stronger than I have ever been and have more mobility and stability in my knee than even the knee specialist said I could achieve! I would highly recommend Tina and her team as trainers. They provide high quality, personalised sessions, that are varied, fun and get results!

Training with YvY has been a fantastic experience. Tina is always professional in her approach to training and her workouts are always well thought out and structured. The equipment used is always in good shape and clean and the gym itself is kept in great condition. I would highly recommend to anyone whether they are old or new to PT sessions to try YvY.

My wife and I have been training with Tina for over 12 months. What we love about our training is its never the same, Tina takes the time to understand our fitness goals and varies the program to keep us motivated. Our personal fitness and strength have changed significantly along with losing weight which was our first goal. We recommend Tina if you want to train, have fun along the way and deal with a PT that listens. Tina is awesome!

Tina is very approachable and easy to communicate with. I appreciate her checking in regularly and sending through tips and advice as she comes across them. It feels like she is genuinely invested in you and makes sure she tailors things to you.I have been training with Olof for about a month now and (despite the look on my face at times), I’m actually really enjoying it! I can tell each session he’s listening and observing, then adapting to my strengths and trying new ways to achieve goals.Both Tina and Olof seem to look at the bigger picture of overall health (including mental), rather than just numbers and checking boxes. I genuinely think their support both in and outside of the sessions has been the secret to success for me. I know I’m someone who needs a bit more encouragement and it’s so great to be working with trainers I actually like. If you’re afraid you’ll end up with a stereotypical “gym bro”, I can assure you you won’t here!

I have been training with Tina twice a week for the last two years. Tina is a fantastic trainer. The sessions are always different and interesting. I have seen noticeable and sustainable improvements in my fitness and strength. Recently some of the sessions have been taken by another YvY trainer, Will, who is also excellent and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend Tina and YvY highly enough.

Tina is an incredible trainer. She’s incredibly passionate about fitness and more importantly, will ensure you achieve your health goals. It’s always fun to train with her (even if I can’t walk the next day) and I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s serious about improving their performance.
