Originally I took my motorcycle to the dealers recommendation in Springwood but the refused to provide me with the quote before the loss adjusters saw it. To them, I wasn't the customer and I didn't like the fact that descisions were being made about my bikes repair in secret, without transparency. I decided to give A1 motorcycle repairs a go since they had much better reviews and it was so worth getting that second quote. Immediately after calling Phil and talking to him, I actually felt like I was his customer and he was acting for me through this process. Luckily I there were no issues with the claim, and the bike was restored beyond its pre-accident condition. Furthermore the Africa twin has a rather difficult to install 12v accessory plug, but since the fairings were removed, I purchases it and asked Phil to install it for me and I would pay additionally for this. Thankfully when I picked up the bike it was installed and Phil didn't request any additional contribution from me to complete this task. If you need your motorcycle repaired, I couldn't recommended any repairer more.

Absolutely over the moon with the effort from Phill and the team at A1 on the repair of my S1000RR. Above and beyond quality, service and workmanship and under budget.

Sadly an absolute nightmare for me to deal with. I put a fuel tank in to be repaired. Initially told it would be two weeks, then I got a series of excuses. Eventually 6 months later I just went and picked it up and absolutely nothing had been done to it. Would not recommend.
