Visited the store for the first time today. Wow! What a nice, clean and well presented store! Friendly staff and an excellent range of products across varying price points was impressive, as was the sheer amount of stock on hand.It's about time Bunnings were given some genuine competition and consumers had a real choice for tools.Keep it up, Sydney Tools!

Went in to get a longer pressure washing hose extension one of the blokes helped me out connect my existing pressure washer every time I go nothing but great customer service they always ask if they can help

Absolutely useless. Everything I took to the counter was a different price than what was on the shelf. There were even more items I didn't bother with because there were no prices at all.

Worst customer service!! Ordered a tool trolley that was on sale and one tray arrived bent. Called to get the item changed and they said they didn't have any other stock to replace it with. Asked if they would partial refund to compensate for the damage and was told I already got it at a discount!! Haha yeh I bought it on sale that doesn't mean it should be damaged. I have had to chase them up multiple times with no result. Won't be ordering from these guys again
