Disappointing service. All tables in the restaurant were filthy as well as the floor. Both bins in the restaurant were full and overflowing. My husband and I had to dispose of our rubbish outside the restaurant. I commented to a female staff member that the tables are dirty and asked where people are supposed to put their rubbish. The staff were all very young and were talking a lot to each other. We were not offered any service and the young guy who served us was staring off into space. I had to raise my voice to get his attention. Chicken was very, very dry and overcooked in old oil. Wouldn't recommend this Ulladulla store to anyone. Disgusting and dirty.

Terrible we ordered a zinger box and ultimate box . The zinger box had the same burger as the ultimate box an old piece of chicken a couple of strands of lettuce and a dollop of mayonnaise squashed between two stale buns . No original receipe chicken for the box . The chips were cold . The only good thing about the meals were the cans of soft drink . We will not go there again

I haven't seen sach a dirty eatery place ever. Toilets soiled, water/pee puddle on the floor, dining area - tables & floor doesn't look like has been cleaned for a long time. Overall disgusting. Walked out of rhe door without having a meal there.

The car park was dirty. Lots of rubbish and popcorn chicken everywhere.The ladies toilets were ok.The counter itself and windows were dirty.The young staff were quite loud and talking about their plans on the weekend. Not aware of customers.They got our orders wrong. We ordered Zinger Burgers and both got chicken fillet burgers(we didn’t realise this till 10km down the road )We don’t recommend.

I bought $50 worth of food twice within 2 weeks and each time items were forgotten and I have to return to get forgotten items. Management needs to teach staff check when they have packed the items that the customer purchases. Food is quite expensive you would expect to get all your items that you pay for.

Most of the lights were out at 8:05 pm so I pulled in and checked closing time and it said 9pm closing so I proceeded to the drive through. I sat there for around a minute with no response so I thought they must be closed, before I drove if I thought I would just say hello into the speaker and what do you know I got a hello back! I had the feeling they were just hoping I would drive through without making an order as my response was hello? I asked if they were open and the lady said yes. So I made my order only to be told they only had fillets left and no chicken pieces. So I ordered a burger box for the family and headed home. When I got home the kids were super excited as kfc is not a meal they get often. We were disappointed with what we got to say the least. The fillets in the burgers were cold, not even lukewarm absolutely stone cold! Popcorn chicken stone cold and not even half full. The chips were absolutely revolting! We didn’t eat anything! We threw it all straight in the bin and cooked dinner ourselves! I feel like they owe us a compete refund. They probably didn’t want to cook any fresh food an hour before closing which is just a joke. If your open until a certain time, make sure you can provide your customers with the quality of food until that time!!

This place is filthiest kfc I’ve ever stepped foot in . Not one clean table to be seen . Food rotting along the corners of the walls . Men’s bathroom literally had a pond in it. And the chicken tenders I ordered were the greasiest things I’ve ever wrapped my mouth around get sick as free eating here.

So disappointed. The chips were old and dry. The chicken was dry. The chicken coating was dark brown and oil dripping. Never go there again. Disgusting.

Visited twice while holidaying in Lake Conjola, very quick service, the Fried Chicken was just what you'd expect from a good KFC franchise. Staff were friendly and the mid sized shop was reasonably clean.Ordering on the KFC app worked a treat, no problems ,ready on time cooked to perfection. Good stopver for a feed if your holidaying in the area.
