We had an excellent experience at Crafted Furniture with Justin. We were shown all options and also given multiple possibilities for creating our own design. Justin was informative, friendly, calming and patient with our process. We did not feel pushed to purchase and we appreciated this. The designs are terrific. Highly recommend.

LOVE our new sofa from Crafted. The team were so helpful each step of the way - they helped us pick the fabric during covid where we couldn’t visit the showroom and kept us up to date with the progress. The delivery guys were excellent also and set the whole lounge up for us and took away all the rubbish. So SO grateful for Paul and the entire team.

Justin and team were amazing - just received my custom sofa. Beautifully design, super comfortable and well made. Having shopped around for weeks, I feel very confident they offer the best quality and value. Add to that their pieces are made in Australia, you can feel really good about buying truly local AND getting your sofa much faster than all the imported options - even when custom made.

Paul and his team knew exactly what I wanted right away, were flexible and keen to share every customisation option. They were friendly and quick and despite Covid delays the final couch (the two seat Grace and ottoman) arrived right on time. It’s my dream piece and months on the quality has held up beautifully - I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Our whole family is very pleased with our two Grace Sofas purchase in March 2020 from Crafted Furniture Crows Nest. They are comfortable and look good. I like to support local businesses and items manufactured in Sydney. I recommend that you do the same - you won't be disappointed with the range and customer care given at Crafted.

Beautiful furniture, locally made and a class above so many places in town. Justin and crew were such nice people to deal with and lounge WOW. Looks stunning, super comfy and so pleased I made this investment. Having bought different Lounges/furniture throughout my life you end up waiting 3 months plus for delivery! My Grace 3 seated arrived within 4weeks of the purchase date. Loving it. Thanks crafted furniture, sorted for the next decade plus!

My first time purchasing from Crafted Furniture. Amazing service and very friendly staff. Easy to deal with and were definitely helpful. As I am not from Sydney it was hard to see the furniture but the team provided as much info as possible. Delivery/assemble went smoothly. I highly recommend. Thank you so much I love my purchase.

If I could give negative star reviews, I would do so. Initial communication with Justin was terrific. He replied promptly and gave some excellent suggestions for the sofa and chairs I wished to have made. The drawings were an excellent representation of what I was after, and I was most excited at the quote and timeframe promised – 6-8 weeks at most. Order was placed on April 1st (should have been an omen perhaps!), cancelled on 27th June and I received the final partial deposit on August 1st. Total of 16 weeks.Throughout the first 12 weeks and paying my 50% deposit, I was in constant communication checking on progress. I was constantly assured that everything was under control, the furniture was being constructed and all was well. There were several excuses for delays including: the fabric took 6 weeks to arrive from date of order; custom builds take longer for templates (which would have been known at the start), frames were being built, fabric was being cut next week, didn't want to rush the details of the upholstery, they'd be ready in a week, had Covid (as in him - not the factory building the furniture), freight delay, production said it would be ready in 14 days, it's a lot more work than they thought with the fabric/shape, issues with Instagram so not seen my messages, completion date promised 27/6, all seems OK, won't let me down, completion date mix up, Covid again.Turns out the furniture hadn’t even been started and I received an email telling me that if we could please allow them to seek another supplier it would take another 4-6 weeks. No offer of discount or compensation. Seemingly sincere apology. Refund of deposit offered - had my deposit for over 12 weeks and asks me to wait 7 days for my refund. Then said the refund would take 30 days, then said he would pay in 3 instalments, then got Covid again and delayed another week. I finally received the final payment (and waited for it to clear in my bank account before posting this).Simply appalling. I am loath during these times to do any harm to a business however the level of incompetency and pure deceit I was incredible. Then to seriously thank me for my patience and understanding. Which was only supplied to retrieve my own funds.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Justin seems like a good guy but his lies, excuses, requests for understanding, passive aggressive responses and pure incompetence are seriously hard to believe. I have never worked with a more untrustworthy person or business. If he had been honest early, I would have understood and had the opportunity to retrieve my deposit in the early stages. Instead, Justin chose to string me along with lie after lie, excuse after excuse. Save yourself the heart-ache – avoid CURA & CRAFT Furniture AT ALL COSTS.Justin Cure Furniture often blames Crafted Furniture however they are one and the same.

Had the BEST service and experience with Crafted Furniture. Thanks to the help of Justin and the team I was able to get my dream sofa! The best thing about this sofa is that the covers are all machine washable which is what you want if you have a white sofa! Quality, service and overall experience is 5 star.
