I sent through measurements and a photo of what I wanted; they got back to me quickly with all the details required.I pre-made some post supports, to keep them in the correct positions while concreting. All materials were cut perfectly to size and delivered inside of the lead-time quoted.Perhaps not as cheap as timber, but done right it will never have to be replaced.Great customer service, great delivery experience. Would recommend to anyone.

We first visited Supergates and other fencing contractors, and as a result of the expert advise, recommendations and product knowledge of Erin, who was by herself, we decided to purchase an aluminium gate and posts in Monument. Took the DIY route as we considered installation expensive.I wasn't comfortable installing the lock after I put the gate together and fixed the posts to brick fencing. I called and asked for assistance. Julie was very helpful, courteous and arranged the appointment for lock installation. The communication from the office staff and the installers Bradley and Anthony was first class. We were kept informed all the way through. Bradley and Anthony were super efficient, very timely in arriving, courteous, polite and even walked me through how they install the locks.Very happy to recommend Supergates Automation and Fencing.
