Impala Kitchens and Bathrooms

Impala has recently finished renovating our Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a powder room. From design to execution we have been very happy with the outcome.Special thanks to Rashi, who visualised and designed the rooms, Robert for being on top of things every day for the entire duration of the project and Holly and the team for their responsiveness and help.I strongly recommend Impala.

SALES PITCH Sign the contract Sept 1st and old kitchen will be demolished in 6 weeks for new one to be installed over 2 weeks and Pay Full Cost Up Front.EXPECTATION- new working kitchen first week of NovemberREALITY Kitchen was demolished Dec 9 and was finished 11 weeks and 3 days later . Yes you read that right - from demolition to finish it took them nearly 3 months. From deposit to installation took 13 weeksSo a 6 month exerciseNow we wait for all the defects to be rectified. We have emailed twice asking when we will see someone but no one has responded. I urge you to look elsewhere if you are considering this company. I am very unhappy with the huge amount of drawn out time firstly for the drawings and secondly for the kitchen itself- the unprofessionalism at all levels of management -the lack of care for the customer and the greed to take all our money and offer us such a substandard result - no award winning kitchen here!! No offer to refund some money for the huge inconvenience of living with a dusty work site for 3 months and tradesmen coming and going for weeks without much notice ( at one point my husband started project managing so we could plan our days) No compensation for cooking in just an airfryer in the garage while car was in street. I have posted a review on another site and had someone else reach out in the same position. They are seeking legal advice and asked if we would join. If anyone reading this has had similar experiences and feel helpless please reach out and I can put you in touch. No certificate of insurance was given to us as required by the home building act 1989 .This is not a place you want to find yourself after paying tens of thousands of dollars for something so major. The new cupboards have been replaced since the wrong holes were drilled but the rest is as is. There are a lot more chips - too many to post but you get the picture as to the quality offered up by Impala. The Joy of my new kitchen was destroyed by this company.

Impala Kitchens provided me with amazing service and highest level of quality. Their designers and installers were very professional and provided amazing service. I highly recommend Impala for your kitchens, bathrooms and joinery.

I posted that review out of frustration when we were 8 weeks in to the job and still living out of our suitcases without any end in sight or communication from Impala. We had been told we could move back in by our project manager, despite there being live cables pulled out of the walls and our island bench being on a massive slant and the job being incomplete.2. No, Impala did not clean a single thing. It was like they just picked up their tools and left. There was dust absolutely everywhere and our poor bathroom looked like a filthy public toilet at a petrol station. It took my partner, my mother (bless her) and I two full days to clean it ourselves. Whilst we did not expect a full clean following the job, I actually could not believe the state that our house was left in. No one had even swept! Totally unprofessional and not what I expected from a so called high end" company.3. Despite several requests

We are very happy with our new Impala kitchen. Our designer Cara did an amazing job improving the workability and maximising the storage space, and clearly explained what was and wasn't possible and the cost implications of materials, etc. All of the Impala people from the showroom through to design, demolition and installation were excellent; the tradies they organised on our behalf were also of a consistently high standard. When small details didn't quite go according to plan, Impala were responsive to our concerns and committed to ensuring we were happy with the finished product. The final result has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

I recently hired Impala to custom make an entertainment unit in my lounge area to suit the new tv I purchased and I am extremely pleased with the result. I previously used Impala for my kitchen in my new build years ago and the workmanship is excellent which is why I reached out again.

My husband and I recently used Impala for our kitchen remodel and could not be happier with the final result. The kitchen renovation process exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I found the company on a whole very easy and professional to work with. I have used impala several times over the years. They have supplied all the joinery in my home from kitchen to bathrooms, built ins to high end custom furniture pieces. Their service has aways been outstanding, whilst providing quality joinery at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Impala for any joinery. They go way and beyond.
