River of Islands

Positives - Clean. Reasonably spacious with good functional kitchen / bbq / bathroom and aircon. Easy to launch and drive, river maps and Navman included. It's the only houseboat on the Murray at that location so lots of room to navigate the river.Cons - There was no working lighting on the top deck that we could see which meant that you couldn't use this area after dark. A note to those who hire to bring their own lantern would of been useful. Mosquito netting on the upper deck would make it a more functional area also. Wooden panel on roof which held in aircon unit fell off and smashed onto dining chair. Luckily no person was sitting there at the time. Surrounding panels were also loose. Internal radio / speakers didin't work (maybe we wern't operating it correctly) bring your own devices for music. T.V did work but no reception due to location on the river. Overall enjoyable stay / use but some TLC is required to justify the cost of hiring.

Had an amazing time. Great spot, Great Boat.
