Ladies at the prescription counter have zero customer service and rude. Especially the older pharmacist lady should learn how to be more respectful to customers. Won't be returning

My husband and I have been with this pharmacy for a few years now, and have found the service to be very good. Every member of staff has been pleasant and helpful.

Picked up a new medication, that i have never had before, there was no discussion from the pharmacist, and no information was provided, and there is no leaflet with the meds which I have found can have serious side effects. I was not feeling well, and just left, assuming that at least an information pamphlet would be in the box. Not great service.

Bad experience / ripping customer off.I would not even give it one star.On 27/6/2021 - I bought a face mask for $9.99.5 minutes after I left I went back and informed the person at the front that the mask size is too small and cannot fit my face.I did not wear the mask and i understand that these items are not returnable.However my complaint is regarding the size mentioned on the pack and what really is inside - does not match.Mask was a large size and was only three fingers high that does not cover the face completely and would fit a small child probably.Some comments from Local FB page discussion board, other people have experience the same and said this mask come off all the time.So basically it was incorrectly packaged and they are selling it.The main pharmacist or manager rudely does not even want to look into the complaint and just chirping that these items once open cannot be returned.Rude, unethical and ripping customer money by not allowing them to open the pack (I understand that) but not even looking that items is not the right shape as per the description.Contact me to verify if required.

I think any positive reviews must be the staff or friends of. My daughter went in with an allergic reaction asking for a topical cream, she was given a 24 antihistamine instead, when that had no effect she went back again asking for a cream and was given a spray, if the staff here cannot listen to their customers , they shouldn’t be in customer service, now my daughter is in tears from itching and after spending $35 at chemist now have to find another alternative to her reaction. I’m discussed with this pharmacy.

The lady's at the prescription desk are so rude. No manners, impolite and discourteous. It's not just a one time occurrence. It happens every time I go in there to get my prescriptions, I am greeted with rudeness and irritation.The only nice person there is Mo! He is friendly, helpful, always smiles and actually wants to help you.
