Attended this lovely store for present shopping this afternoon, and my experience was beyond satisfactory! The yound lady who worked there was super nice and helpful. Nice glass of tea upon arrival, gift wrapping was done for me. I could not be happier with my experience!

Person in there was kind of judgy because I didn't know enough about the brand. It's kind of what you're there for? A little bit of attitude but I liked the store in general.

Very Racist. Went in the store to get a product but with all the bottles looking the same i asked which is which. The employee was just following another person who was browsing but cut off my question as though to scold me. She was saying she can only tend to one customer at a time. All I was asking was the section for lotion. She could have just pointed to the area that had lotion rather than explaining why she couldn’t help me. Her tone was very different then the way she talked to the other White customer.Never felt so embarrassed and discriminated in a store. I eventually left the store after waiting about 5 minutes.

On first glance, the store seems very minimalist - even for an Aesop store - but they seem to have all stock and testers, etc. The customer service is fantastic; very friendly and generous. Left the store feeling very pleased.

Chance upon this store when I was using the washroom at Auction Rooms. Was served by a nice friendly lady, Sophie, who made excellent recommendations to my wife; I ended buying pre shaving cream too.Time to stock up some Aesop products over here!

Love the Eidesis perfume, would recommend testing out the fragrance! Gives off a lovely woody scent.Two lady staff were extremely friendly and accomodating too!

Had the pleasure of attending the North Melbourne store to purchase my wife an Xmas Present. Service by the gentleman in the store was excellent. Nice refreshing glass of water on entry, gift wrapping & samples for myself. Nice to see good old fashion customer service still exists.
