I actually had a bit of a first-time bad experience with this clinic until one of the girls, Safi, completely stepped in and saved me! So professional, thorough and honest; I’ve had experience with some technicians who just get your treatments over and done with as fast as possible and who don’t consult with you as to your treatment history/goals ect but Safi’s approach of individualising the treatment and care provided to her clients is so high quality i couldn’t believe it when she told me she only got started 3 months ago! Massive props to her, I wouldn’t book in with anyone else!

My appointment today reminded me to leave a review. During my last visit, I had a wonderful employee named Caitlyn. She was so kind in explaining the procedure to me which really helped me to understand laser hair removal in depth, I really appreciated this information as I never really understood how it worked. Caitlyn was so friendly and made me feel comfortable which is so important when you’re getting laser. I’m so happy with my progress so far. Thank you.

I'm very happy with the services at Silks, Sadiyah is amazing she has been so gentle, explaining everything so clearly when it comes to my skin and what precautions I should take when it comes to laser treatment etc. I'm so welcomed as soon as I walk in to the clinic. Great eye contact. Silk never disappoints keep up the great work girls.

Caitlyn was very welcoming when I came into the clinic for my skin treatment yesterday. She walked me through the whole process and explained what each product was and what is does as she was doing the treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure everything was going great.Keep up the great work !
