Just sharing my positive experience with NRMA Roadside Assist crew. His name is Thai. I called for flat battery assistance on Tuesday, 11th Oct, as I couldn't start my car at Rooty Hill Station Carpark. Thai came shortly and after his careful investigation, it was not the flat battery issue. It was the worn-out Starter Motor, which he recommended to replace it. Thai then tried very hard manually so that I could start my car engine to drive to a mechanic. I thank Thai for his patience and professionalism.

Good service at Blacktown but no NRMA at Penrith despite Penrith Westfield app saying there was a NRMA thereI checked with concierge &was advised NRMA Penrith was no longer there
