Lovely lady, good work, funky little salon, reasonable prices. Nil pain in the dread maintenance. Was honest when she said she thought the colour I wanted to dye my fringe (not dreaded) was not a good idea and I can see now she was right. Very encouraging lady as well

I have difficult curly hair and have many people tell me they are experts. I recently found out that curly hair should be cut dry and today I did it for the first time at Dread Lex . It is the first time since i cut my hair short I have liked my hair. My hair was cut to detail each individual curl, she then showed me how to actually use product in my hair. She had a range of curl creams going from something you could buy at coles to the more expensive brand. I honestly cannot recommend Alex enough if you have curly hair!!

Alex is an amazing hairdresser. I have never felt so comfortable in a chair and so happy with my hair. She works wonders and is just an amazing woman overall. Thank you so much Alex, I love my dreads!

Absolutely amazing, calming and safe environment/atmosphere. Alex does an absolutely fantastic job and should be very proud of herself and accomplishments so beyond great full for my new hair and can’t wait to go back! Do yourself a favour and get your hair done here you won’t be disappointed ❤️

Alex is amazing. I have curly hair that needed a style to bring my natural curls back to life. Alex was honest & took her time to thoroughly explain her dry cutting style. She has also started colouring my hair & is extremely knowledgeable & professional in her advice on colouring to provide coverage without damaging my hair. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone.

I just adore spending time with Alex. Her advice and counselling when I decided to make the leap to dreads was invaluable. My baby dreads are now maturing under her tender care. I’ve also had her style my elderly mum’s hair, in all honesty Alex has given her the best style I’ve ever seen her with. I thoroughly recommend Dreadlex if you want service delivered with care and expertise.
