I have been long time customer with nPetals hair and beauty. The service provided by Monica was incredibly good I am using her hair products for 4 + years it gives good results and I am satisfied with the outcomes.

would not recommend this place. Extremely overpriced and time consuming for the service it offers. The end product is not worth the price.

Great service, I was running a few mins late so he called to confirm. Last minute appointment was ok, takes his time and asks exactly what you want. Much cheaper than shopping centres. Great value.

I make regular visits for my hair cut with Amrik. He is good at his work. Charges are reasonable too. He takes his time to do the cut cleanly and efficiently.

Poor service. Make an appointment to visit for the first time. Waiting outside, ringing the bell and knock the door, no one opens the door. Calling mobile number no one answer my call. At last have to leave because to freezing outside. I was there 5-10 early. You only call me once I left your house. I was on the way back home. You didn't tell me your salon was back of the house and you also didn't give me your mobile number. You just take my mobile number once I left your front door then only you keep calling me. I already leave. If the 12.30 pm appointment doesn't mean I should be there sharp at 12.30 pm, I can be there 5-10 min earlier right? I was there before 12.30 pm. I also call the phone number in your website before I left but no one answer. I cannot wait outside in freezing and windy winter. No point I answer your call after I left, disappointed. If you give good service to customer and they really like your service doesn't matter what review I give.

I would never go there for waxing. She has no idea of how to wax. I asked her to hold after she waxes and she said She would but proceeded to do the same thing. She did not know how to do some areas and when I told her I didn't have time to do a section, she proceeded to ask questions that were not necessary about that area. I would recommend nobody to go here.

New to the location and was looking for a barber. Asked my friend and he suggested this place.Amrit did a fantastic job yesterday. My first time there and will definitely be going back.He was very professional. Really love my haircut.

I got hair cut, color and toner on my previous really bad foils. Monica did amazing job. Have never been that much satisfied anywhere before.
