Called them more then 10 time, want an update cause my kids where hungry no one pick up the phone and there late about 1.5hrs. So disappointed can’t contact them and not letting me know what’s happy my pizza

I have never written a review before but honestly felt I had to for this. The store is only about 10 minutes away from my house and it and took 2 hrs from when I ordered it to arrive. We called up after an hour since there was no update and they just said they’re really busy today, not even a sorry and said he’ll get to it in another 20 minutes…it arrived 40 minutes later. The driver also smelt like bad BO which leads me to believe the other reviews that the workers are also unhygienic. The sauce was wrong and was meant to be “loaded” pizzas with barely any topping. I read the reviews after and I seriously wonder how this place it still open with such bad reviews. Then Dominoes sends the generic “we’re sorry this happened” message without actually trying to fix their issues. Never ordering from this store again and hope people will see these reviews first.

Order arrived over an hour after it was placed and it was cold. Delivery driver was extremely rude. I called the store and was told I'd be given a credit on my next order. Called today and... Surprise!! Nobody has written down my details. Absolutely disgusting service, wouldn't order from this store if it was the last place on earth. This store would have to be the worst, and it reflects on Domino's itself.Better of going to Pizza Hut.

Staff are very rude and slow at making pizzas. I just saw one of the managers yelling at this employee and the food wasn’t that good with barely any toppings

I always get simples orders 3-4 items and somehow there's always an item always missing. Second time it's happened in a short period of time. Either the drink or the garlic bread. Please make sure the items people pay for leave the store. Love the dominos franchise but this specific store needs to speak to staff about this issue.

I walked into the establishment and had this whiff of this nasty musty smell and it almost made me vomit.I went to order and noticed mould growing on the walls. The person taking my order was extremely rude to me and I also noticed the pans were placed on the floor before cooking and storing which is absolutely unacceptable and very putrid. I also noticed this manager yelling at his employees for asking for a break. Someone should fire him. When I received my Hawaiian pizza there was only one pineapple on the pizza, I kindly threw the pizza at the manager and walked out. I will never come here ever again and no one else should too. -2/10

Will never, ever place an order with Domino's again, and especially not at Carnes Hill.This place cannot get an order right. When ordering a pepperoni pizza, you expect enough pepperoni to cover the base. This didn't happen, so next time ordered a loaded" pepperoni pizza which supposedly came with extra but seemed as insufficient as the normal one. Requested and paid for mushrooms...they weren't there either. They gave me credit for another pizza but why would l bother?? You've had two chances and blown them both. Lesson learnt

I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 sides. I completed a pre-order online for a 7:45pm pick up. I arrived at the shop at 7:50 to find they had not even started making my order and I was now behind 11 customers before my own order. Frustrated I stood and waited and watched them send out one order after another for a good half an hour. It been 8:20 I again asked when my pizza would be ready to which one of the staff said just look at the screen it’s not in the oven yet we are busy. I questioned what the point of my pre order was if I was still stuck waiting well past the pick up time. She said we are busy sorry I didn’t even know you pre ordered. She then checked the computer and found that I did and said “ooops” and smirked. My pizza was finally ready at 8:45pm 1 hour after the pre ordered pick up time. I was told they had no garlic bread and no Mountain Dew both items I had placed on my order and paid for. They offered me other drinks to which I took a Pepsi max and they said to take an extra one instead of the garlic bread. So now with my 2 drinks and 3 pizzas and well over an hour later I was on my way home. An extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I will never be back to this store. The pizza that we ordered had very little topping and even though one of them a supreme had extra pineapple there was barely any on the pizza. This has to be the worst dominos store in Sydney. Stay away and order somewhere else.

Domino’s Pizza Carnes Hill
We just ordered a pizza from this shop, and when we opened the box there were like 3-5 fly that flew out of the box (yes they're all alive). We tried to report it to the store yet they're so dismissive without even showing any concern of the possible health repercussions of the event and just continually denied saying it's impossible to have flies inside the box. Disgusting and will never order from this store again. There's no fly in our area and the box was close so we're sure they've got in either in the store or delivery.

Domino’s Pizza Carnes Hill
Just moved to the area here and ordered a pizza here for delivery and they took an hour and a half to deliver it. We called an hour in and they didn't allow a refund as the driver just left and he will be delivering in 30 minutes"Dominos Carnes Hill is the worst fast food place I have ever ordered from. I have no idea how they are constantly allowed to have such bad reviews without being held accountable."
