I didn't get the ladies name (I wish I did) who was working yesterday (Wednesday 7th June, 23), but she provided exceptional customer service, from start to finish! Thank you so much to her and to Dusk as a whole for offering a year warranty on their diffusers. My mother in law will be so happy that I was able to receive a replacement for hers which ended up being faulty.
