I was really shy about starting PT and not fit at all! Isabel is so kind and patient, she takes the time to teach you and is very supportive. I originally started to train to fit into my wedding dress and I have loved training with her so much that I am still going even after my Wedding. I have been training with her for almost 1 year now. She is so wonderful.
