Hanrob Pet Hotels Brisbane

Our cat was there for a 2 week stay. When I picked him up his condition was excellent. Had not gained or lost weight, his fur smelt clean and he showed no signs of stress of having missed us. Will use this cattery again.

I was nervous at first, having never put my cat Jenga into boarding before.But the staff were amazing, and attentive, and with this little face on my lap the moment I took her out of her travel pen, I think she had a wonderful time.I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone going away for as little as a weekend should choose this kennels for your cat.If my socially inept cat comes back a little purr machine, it is the perfect peace of mind for owners.Thank you all SO much. 11/10!

Our Labrador has been a few times now to the Brisbane Hotel. Everytime he comes home he is so happy. We book him into shared accommodation as he is so friendly and enjoys the company. He is well looked after, the people are fantastic, the process is so easy and with their location near the airport, the drop-off and pickup is a breeze. He will be going back to Hanrob for his next stay and I would definitely recommend them.

The Hanrob Brisbane team are highly recommended. They take excellent care of my little dog, and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for her, whether she is boarding or in day care.

Ranger our GSD & family fur baby stayed in the luxury suite after roughly two weeks, we were getting calls that Ranger was not well. He was loosing weight & appeared he was not well, then a cough. We got our son to pick him up & take home to care for him until we got home. My son stated Ranger is not well & not himself; we cut our trip short to get home to Ranger. He went from healthy GSD to skinny & so unwell with coughing, dribbling & smacking his gums. It appears he has kennel cough. It is breaking our hearts & we need to wait until our Vet sees him. I would think twice leaving your pet here. We are devastated how sick Ranger is. He wasn’t bathed as promised or cared for as it appears. Please don’t leave your pet here if you love him/her. His also licking furiously at his paws. The photos you see how happy & healthy he was: the 2nd photo is how sick he is right now.

I could not recommend this place enough!!! All of the staff are extremely kind, friendly, patient and loving of animals, and they go above and beyond to make sure all pets are comfortable and happy there. My german shepherd was initially very nervous around people and I struggled leaving her behind when I had to travel, until I came to Hanrob. They were mindful of her needs and gently formed a bond that has lasted for years now, and she loves spending time there. The staff also helped me introduce her to my partner's dog, and now they are best friends too! If you need reassurance that your pet will receive lots of love and great care during your trip, this is it. Thank you so much to everyone at Hanrob Brisbane for all you do for Bubbles, you have my eternal gratitude!

My boy Peri loves this place - drags me inside whenever we go there. Wonderful staff who obviously genuinely love animals and are equally good with their owners. Really clean and modern.

Left our moodle here for almost 2 weeks and got some training and they did an amazing Job. Our dog has completely changed in her behavior and loved her holiday there. The trainers after sales care and advice is also great, well definitely come back.

Very satisfied. Left our little Frenchy for a four day visit. We were both very nervous about leaving her for the first time, that was very quickly dispelled as soon as we got through the door, with very friendly and welcoming staff. Got some photos sent during her stay, looks like she was missing us - NOT. Thanks guys, we will be back
