Julie’s passion and excitement for women to live a non-diet way of life is evident in everything she does! It’s so refreshing to know there is someone out there amongst all the noise and all the “don’t do’s” to help guide us and keep us on track with simplifying everything to do with food choices and living a healthier life! I have attended 2 of Julie’s cooking classes and every time learnt something valuable to take away and instantly apply to my own life. Follow her on social media wherever you can, she is always there providing simple little tips and tricks and often, very entertaining.
