Really comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. Located across the road from a shopping centre you can satisfy your retail urges.

Checked in after 10pm by security staff as it was past check in desk hours, The room assigned to us was not what we had booked... 2 singles verses a king bed on first floor when specified that we needed a ground floor room with patio/balcony. The security person stated that they didn't know how to rectify the situation and took us to sands Bar to seek assistance from the manager there. 45 minutes after arrival we had a room with a queen bed no outside access. went to order room service from QR code provided for breakfast at 9am couldn't place order as service was not available, the room was clean.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was great and bed was comfy.There's a small gym on level 2 with a rowing machine, stationary bike, treadmill, a bench and some weights. There's also a coin-operated washer and dryer.Opposite it is Carrum Downs Regional Shopping Centre which has a Kmart, Woolworths, pharmacy, fast food, cafes, etc.Staff were also friendly. Check in and out was a breeze.

This hotel is tremendous value for money. Along with the room we had complimentary drink vouchers, discount on meals and breakfast included. It's new and looks and feels first class. The room is very well appointed and includes a large TV, as well as all the things you could want. The bathroom is very well designed and has an excellent aesthetic. Absolutely exceeded expectations. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautifully decorated rooms, worth the money. Close to a lot of things like the Sri Vishnu Shiva Mandir, Peninsula Hot Springs and lots of food options. Parking was also included for free. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent facilities, location, and amenities. The rooms are very modern, spacious, clean, new and comfortable. The rooms are as pictured and are awesome value for money. Will recommend and definitely stay again!

We stayed here a few months ago but our stay was too good not to leave a review.This gem of a hotel is not too far away from the Peninsula Hot Springs. The moment we we arrived, we were cheerfully greeted by the lovely lady at the front desk. We had complimentary welcome drinks, a well-appointed room, and plenty of parking space.Our only regret is not staying here longer!
