My sister has her funeral with Bells funeral home Melbourne and on the day they forgot the Eulogy booklets AND the log in book when asked them where they were they asked if we had them... they clearly asked us about this information when we sat with them and discussed arrangements and costs. It has now been 5 weeks since the funeral and still haven’t received any booklets. When contacted they forgot to order them and has been left up to us to arrange and now pay for them. Wouldn’t recommend Bells funeral I would pay more to get the job done correctly.
