I have been with ignite for a couple of years now, I can highly recommend this company. If you have any issues they are on to it straight away, they liaise with you and get the issue fixed. I've always been able to get through to a real human being using email, phone or text and Ignite's response is so different from other Telcos. They actually DO something to respond to issues. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. What sets them apart is their staff who offer personalised, fast service and local 'concierge' style attention.
