This was my 4th Nicorette box worth $43 I purchased from them. Upon reaching home, I found out that the box was tampered with. So the next day I went in to swap. I am sorry to say that the Asian lady at the counter was very offensive. She got another box from the shelf and started arguing, and like a cop started questioning. It was way embarrassing, and I just decided to buy another box. I am very disappointed when these people defend this when this could have easily returned to the multi-billion dollar Johnson and Johnson. Not ever going back!

Worse chemist warehouse, OH&S needs to pay them a visit. Isles full of boxes causing trip hazards everywhere, even their distance line at the checkouts is that close to the customer being served you could feel their breath. My medication is ment to be refrigerated and definitely wasn't as it felt it was in room temperature and wasn't put in the appropriate refrigerated bag. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Wouldn’t bother going here when staff serve others before you even though you’ve been waiting 20mins!!Making the counters more visible from the staff point of view would help as they would be able to see the people actually waiting

Chemist warehouse manager is very rude and rasist. She shouted at my children because they were moving around. When I asked her she said get lost and also this is not the first time it happened. She should learn how to behave with costumes. It’s surprising how come she become a manager. Also I had recommend my family and friends to go in this chemists warehouse.

Great price reductions and huge range of items.Friendly, helpful staff. My only concern is that the dispensary gets so busy and they have boxes lying around that access and queuing can get messy.

All medicines are in the pharmacy counter it is inconvenient to all customers as everyone is busy in the counter and will not pay attention even if you are standing at the counter specifically if there is a long queue for prescription. Some pharmacist faces’ looks at the customer like you are interrupting my job.Needs massive improvement in their displaying items particularly the non prescriptions medicine. The worst display situation of Chemist goods Australia wide.I have lived and traveled around this one is no good.

I don’t like making reviews but I need to say something. The staff at the back are very friendly and helpful. This is my second time getting a script from them and they have been nothing but kind. I got my script done up and I go up to the front counter and the lady working there looked me up and down, asked me if I only got this one script and I said yes. I paid for it and she asked for a receipt but I said no, she then proceeded to keep giving me an awful stare like I was stealing my medication or using them for the wrong reasons. She was absolutely rude and left me feeling confused on what I had done.
