I am disappointed with the service I received from Tony. Someone who seemed professional and reliable turned out to be dishonested and I feel robbed. It saddens me that people can take advantage of you. Once the job was complete there were extra charges applied that I was not aware of and when I questioned him, he got his backbone up and was very rude. I feel like I have paid for extra work that didnt need to be done. I truly feel ripped off. Please be mindful when recieving a quote from Subrite.

Tony installed a new instant hot water system for me. Before he did, he guided me through various tests to see if I could fix the old system myself. He was SO helpful, so friendly, so responsive and so reasonable. Tony will be my first go-to for any plumbing needs in the future. He gained my trust throughout our interaction. Thank you Tony!
