I 100% do not recommend renting a commercial property from these guys! The commercial manager is absolutely useless and rude, she is in the wrong industry and I don’t know how she got this position, she cares more about the vaccine rather than doing her job!!

Never give rental property to manage this agent , Shirley property Manager she never look after owners interest , we end up having took assistance from lawyersNever recommend for any onewe are totally dissatisfied , and never recommend at all

Scott and Christie provided us with amazing service! Coming from the city, we were a bit scared by the nasty nature of the real estate game. Scott and Christie flipped around that perception and then some. From the moment we viewed the property, put our offer in and liaised with the vendors, and did our final inspection - there was nothing but absolute professionalism, support and warmth. Both were super responsive at every stage of the process and even offered to share local information after we move in! As first home owners we had a LOT of questions and they were all answered with utmost patience! We were also blown away by the welcome back that was waiting for us when we entered our new home. I'd recommend this team in a heartbeat!

Scott McKenzie has provided me with outstanding service from the get go. From the moment I attended my first open for inspection, he has been responsive, friendly and incredibly professional. Great staff and have great local knowledge

In the middle pf a pandemic we decided to sell our home. After speaking with several agents we decided on Christie and Scott our local agents at Alex Scott & Staff. we received good feedback about the property, our price and the way forward. Communication was good and clear and we always knew where we stood and what steps we needed to take next.
