Great customer service. Product was not what was expected from supplier. Customer service, Mei, was professional and helpful. Although taking heavy item to post office was difficult, Urban Shack was apologetic about inconvenience. Will use Urban Shack again in the future.

Good product with fast shipping. Price is good too.I bought a Devanti Ice Maker and it worked really well. Good for our last party because the ice doesnt run out because of melting and we dont have to run out and get more.Customer service is really good. We have to check about shipping time so that we can get it before the event. They followed thru the whole process and updated us when shipped. Overall good site for buying home appliances and furnitures.
