Ordered 2 large pizzas both half and half and when we arrived home noticed one pizza was not what we ordered but being hungry we ate it. Rang up to notify them and was met with real attitude. Lift your game because there are many more pizza shops out there for everyone to lavish their hard earned cash on

Needs less than a 1 star rating. Disgusting service, I have never been so appalled in my life! They delivered me a pizza with pineapple on it, after I asked for no pineapple due to an allergy and they said that I said no pepperoni" for a pizza that didn't have pepperoni on it to start?! Completely gaslighting me and being so rude and refusing a refund. Will be contacting consumer affairs and the media."

They never get order right. Delivery takes almost 2hours. Very small amount of toppings. We will never come back and will never recommend. Overall quality and service is horrible.

Polite and friendly staff, and a big, varied range of takeaway. One of the few pizza places that is open early in the day which is a huge plus. I love the pizzas from here for sure

So it seems reviews disappear, this business needs to be reviewed by higher up. So many negative reviews prior to them all to have disappeared. I had a slice taken out of my pizza. I also rang them to be spoken to like dirt, and also no apologies at all. Suggested a new pizza but I knew it would be a bad thing to accept. Point being a slice shouldn't have been taken.Bonanza isn't Bonanza anymore since old man passed.

Always had good service and good pizza from them. Today we were told at least an hour as we live a fair way away from normal delivery area. That's fine we expected that. After 2 hours we were concerned. Pizza never arrived blamed new staff didn't have our number couldn't contact us. Asked if we still wanted Pizza which would now be 3 hours later. No accepting of any blame no offer to recompensate. No care for customers that used to live closer and still want their Pizza. Disgraceful explanation of why we didn't get a pizza. Pizzas are good service is very poor
