A very positive experience. Met with four realty companies before deciding to sell our property. Without hesitation, my husband and I both chose Shannon. It was always going to be a difficult sale as only a few people would be the right type of buyer. It was a deceased estate and Glenn and their team did a great job communicating with the the two executors at every step. The sale was well marketed and correctly targeted as was proven later by the enquiries and the eventual buyer. It was sold in the first weekend of the campaign.
