Food was quite nice.Portions good along with price.Prompt service along with friendly staff.Would not order a cappuccino though as we did to our room. 4/10

RESTAURANT WITHIN ACE ACCOMMODATIONStayed recently at Ace Accommodation so got to try both breakfast and dinner at the onsite Ryan's Restaurant.Breakfast first: there is a choice of bain marie (not recommended) or a la carte (better option). If you want a proper coffee you need to order (and pay extra) at the bar. Food was well presented and there are choices for vegetarians.Dinner: disappointing... the restaurant's theme is freshly caught sea food so we of course tried the $80 for two seafood platter. It wasn't very good at all. Fish was rubbery, prawns and scallops were over fried and oily. Oysters were OK (we tried natural and kilpatrick).Accompanying salad was decent but unimaginative.Good wine list.People with mobility issues will be OK as there is a ramp entrance from the front and a single level floor.

Yes a very nice venue food great staff great and if you love you fresh seafood this place is for you affordable the 2 nites we ate here it was busy

We ordered bread for starter as we were really hungry, unfortunately waited for an hour to get the starter, food was average.Long wait hours. I understand due to short staff food could be delayed but 1 hour for two pieces of bread is highly disappointing.

Had battered fish, batter was that over cooked and burnt fish was dehydrated from it and tasted disgusting. Pity it wasn’t as good as the vegetables only reason I gave your restaurant 2 stars. Complained to waitress didn’t even get a personal apology from the chef probably as far as it actually went. Don’t waste you money

I cannot express enough the sheer deliciousness of Ryan’s restaurant. We have stayed at Ace for four nights and every single meal (breakfast, dinner and dessert) has been a culinary delight. Every item of food we put in our mouths has been exceptional. If you are visiting Albany run, don’t walk, to Ryan’s. Seriously I don’t have enough adjectives to adequately describe how fantastic our dining experiences have been here. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best seafood meal in a long time (Cajun Prawns & Scollops) quote my partner....I had the Seafood Pasta...sauce was full of flavour but not over powering or too heavy.... staff friendly and attentive... would recommend
