Our dog Frida was well overdue for a groom after being in boarding for 3 weeks, due to moving from interstate. She was a mess! But Ella did the most amazing job! Hooves and Hounds NSW came highly recommended from locals and I am so glad I went with them. Great communication and price too. We will be back!

Monte had his 1st visit to hounds and hooves today. I was very pleased with the professional way they made us feel comfortable on our 1st visit. The staff was really easy going with me and Monte. Monte enjoyed his experience. No complaints from us. Cheers Marian

My young Berner can be nervous around new people but 2 hours after drop off, I picked up a very happy, very shiny girl. ❤️ She looked great and had been very well cared for. We will be regular clients!!

My dog Andy is deaf and blind and generally nervous about grooming. But Ella and her team are so lovely and gentle with him, when I pick him up he is always beautifully groomed and relaxed. They are very professional with their bookings, communication and policies. I highly recommend them.

These guys are fantastic! well worth the drive from the ACT, staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, excellent pricing and my Border Collie has never looked better!

Was a little hard to locate but 100% worth the search. lovely staff and puppy came out with the best groom he’s ever had. Staff had great advice to help with some health issues. Highly recommended

Ella and Team the best in the region. Thanks Ella for your care and service , 1 Year old boy ( German Shepard Double coat ) was so relax after your care . He slept all the way home and by looking at his face I can say he give you Big thanks . We will see you soon. If you reading this review please don’t hesitate to visit her place . She is really really fantastic .

Best groomer in the Canberra region — there's nowhere else we would take our Samoyed. Ella and her team do an incredible job with his coat and are so patient and efficient. Great value for money given the quality of service provided. You can tell they really care about the dogs they groom :)
