This is by far my fav tea shop. The quality of tea is exceptional and always consistent. But the sleep tea is by far the best, I am unable to purchase this mix of tea at any other shop for some reason, it guarantees me a deep sleep no matter how sleepless I am and there is no drowsiness the next day. I’m not sure how you achieve this but it works every time. I’ve put so many of my friends onto it and they’ve all said the same thing, totally unique and helpful product, tastes amazing too.Well done Teavision, you’ve really helped myself and a lot of people sleep well. Please don’t ever stop selling this amazing product.

Had an issue with an order, and after a small delay a refund was issued + I was able to keep the item and was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. Very good customer service and fantastic products.

I'm so pleased with my bulk tea purchases. Peaches & Cream is delicious, and the organic red raspberry leaf is better value than supermarkets. Excellent customer service for my pick up order. Amazing teas and amazing service! I've recently become a new customer to Teavision and they kindly sent me free samples prior to making my first major order. They also included some more free samples when I requested them with my order, all of which were beautifully packaged and difficult to decide which were my favourites!Postage was low-cost, fast delivery and packed securely. The products are high-quality, with a great selection of flavours and varieties. A large selection of Australian grown tea and herbs too, which is great to see.Can't wait to make my next order with Teavision as my little business grows!

I bought 4 kgs of two different teas from tea vision for a large event that we were hosting. We used it to make table gift displays. They were very freindly and helpful. They gave us some samples so i could make sure i liked the tea before i bought it. They were prompt in responding to me and their website is very easy to navigate. I will buy again when i finish all the tea i currently have. This stuff would be excellent for make gifts for people.
