Good place. Went out for coffee after dinner. We need to weigh for sugar satche for a long time.Some service was good some was very bad. Need to clean space regularly.

Cold inside and most tables were a little dirty with previous customer's food at 12.30pm. Food quality was quite good and service was fast and polite.

I don’t normally leave reviews and feedback for MacDonalds restaurants but this one is important because it’s my local Macas and I take my kids here all the time. I had a incident this morning that’s my order was taken wrong twice at the drive through, then when I went to the counter it was fixed quickly but as paying customers I felt terrible leaving the place as I was made to feel like it was my mistake. It’s OK to get an order wrong. It’s also OK for management to show empathy, apologise for the mistake with a sincere smile and make the customer feel good when they leave that restaurant. Something that the crew at this macas need to practice.

Went to drive thru at knoxfeild store about 1pm Saturday 13/5..The staff member at the receiving window was very courteous and could tell had pride in her work.

I hate it when I dine somewhere that has little care for its staff, and unfortunately this is one of those places.When we arrived the floor was extremely slippery, mostly from food smeared across the floor by the entrance. There was a wet floor sign right next to the entry door, behind the bins. When we sat down there was also another one hidden by the pillars next to our table.We watched many staff slide around on their feet with trays of food, and other customers struggling to keep footing. We saw a woman fall over due to not seeing a sign as it was obstructed by the barrier, and the manager's response was there's signs everywhere"

So I know it's not the restaurant it's the workers at the time so this review I hope will get these workers trained better as my burger was made with no effort to make it nice for me the customer, 11:55pm 06/02/23 it was like the burger was deep-fried it was soaked in oil the buns turned into oil before I even had a bite 2min after I got it from the weird guy at the window who I was very nice too.The buns just turned into oil and fell apart, so I only ate half of the burger as I was so hungry and I can normally eat any badly cooked food but this was just too much for me I felt sick!And wasn't given a serviette to wipe all the oil off, there was a teaspoon of oil that dripped off the burger.I expect more from McDonalds' there is no need for this to happen it's not cooked in a frypan but on state-of-the-art equipment so why?

Pretty good as far as maccas go. Staff are generally nice and service is pretty good, unless you catch the place at peak time but slower service is to be expected. Some staff look like they would rather be anywhere else, but when i worked in fast food i also wanted to be literally anywhere else so i do not blame them at all. food is fine, generally the hot stuff is hot but sometimes the cold stuff isnt cold - i've had melted sundaes and drinks that are supposed to come with ice come without, but if i wanted a perfect meral i wouldnt be going to maccas so i can't complain too much; they'll remake your items if you bring it up, so can't really ask any better than that.

It does not require the same quality as the picture. Caesar salad... Why no dressing? When I opened the box, I found letus, chicken and ham.There was no dressing and no red vegetables.

They call it fast food. Over 25 minutes to get a meal. Last time over 30 they lost the meal. Pity they do not read these reviews
