Grumpy telephone manner and he couldn't understand a clear email from me requesting a quote that mentioned what products were 'options'So everything was quoted together without itemised prices. I asked for price breakups then every quote was emailed separately in different emails with the prices jacked up extremely, even though I still needed 3 different products (qty 340 total)Then told the prices were because of set up fees etc. But that makes no sense as there were only 2 optional products added, I still needed 3 products over 340 individual items. He said that quantity isn't feasible, even though on the first phone call he said he could.I've received a local quote from a professional much cheaper. This guy makes no sense and was just a waste of my time. I remember when they used to be easier to deal with, but absolutely no customer service manner left.As I am posting this review I just noticed all the racist complaints. Seriously a wonder they are in business with this bad attitude.

Would never recommend it. The staff there is a racist and outrageously obscene.

I would definitely recommend this printer. I am starting a new business, and I have been very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the professionalism of the finished articles and the support I was given while trying to decide on the layout of the Business cards and posters. Thankyou. I am a very happy customer. We are living in very difficult circumstances for all concerned at present.
