Jan is absolutely fabulous with her customer service. She is very kind and open about what she will do and how much it will be. I have used her with short notice to get my pants hemmed and she was able to do it within a few days. I can not recommend her enough.

Had such a lovely experience. Jan helped to fix up some old exercise tight seams that had worn over time, she was so lovely and we ended up chatting for a while. She will always be the first place I go in future for any alterations or repairs.

We just picked up 2 dresses today in which were both altered. We are extremely happy with the service that we received. Jan is extremely professional, efficient, timely and friendly. It was a very comfortable and easy experience. Would highly recommend!
