Australia Post - Kings Meadows Post Shop

The WORST customer service we've ever had, were it possible to give a 0/5 I would have.Spent 10 minutes in line TWICE within the same visit, trying to get assistance posting a package, just to get pushed aside with no help from an employee who couldn't care less about doing her job.Upon telling another employee that I needed help as none of my questions were answered the first time around, I was then interrupted and screamed at by the woman I previously spoke to. Condescending, sarcastic, and belligerent was her tone and volume. It was Wildly inappropriate with a store full of other customers, and absurdly her rant was about not knowing internal procedures...which had nothing to do with our actual queries. Which showed how little attention she paid the first time serving us. Her behaviour was nothing short from insane.I have worked in many service roles over the years and if I or any of my current or former colleagues spoke to a customer the way I was spoken to today it would be grounds for termination.Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a supposed customer service assistant" and representative of AUS Post

Not great service! Its a shame, really. AUSPOST at other places are normally excellent but here its simply plain bad! Plus, awful customer service.

The slowest service I've ever had - would rather finish their gossiping session first. Even then they move at a snails pace when processing. God forbid you need to collect a parcel! Took the lady 15 minutes, wasn't sure if she was even going to come back and finish serving me.

Extremely unhappy customer. There was absolutely no attempt to deliver a small parcel to my astreet address.. The standard postal delivery service person simply carded the item for collection from the local post office. So much for delivery to the door for which was paid for. Such a shame we have no real options in using other services. Pathetic really!!!!

I’m a regular customer here and never had a problem. Yes sometimes the line is long when it’s busy but the staff do their best. I see and hear customers being unreasonable all the time in there. Give the staff a break. The world doesn’t revolve around you!Keep up the good work team :)

Found the staff to be not so friendly and rude. Wish there was another option to shop at a different store.

Good service happy to help go that extra as long as you speak to them with respect.

I like to say a big thank you to the manager of the Kings Meadows post office he is without a doubt one of the best managers that Australia Post has had in the Kings Meadows store as I've been going there for over 40 years. Very helpful to all customers and strive to improve his store. THANKYOU VERY MUCH.

Worst experience, they claimed experienced staff but trust me after talking with passport office they are definitely not. should be replace with something important for community.

I agree with most of the reviews. I have had good & bad experiences at this post office, including being ranted at by that female employee who needs counselling or sacking. My main reason for posting this review is that yet again, today, I was waiting in a very long queue ( out the door) while all 3 employees were serving people with complicated issues. We all had to wait while each person at the counter was tediously attended to. One was a passport matter. I walked out, not purchasing the $130 worth of merchandise I was going to buy.The obvious solution? Have a dedicated queue for lengthy matters, including passports, & make the other queues 'express' or whatever.I have politely suggested this to the manager in the past but all I got was a childish grin & a shrug of the shoulders. Hardly 'management' behaviour!And yes, I have been left waiting for over 10 minutes while staff gossip to each other, & to favourite customers. Rude & unprofessional.
