Abhorrent customer service. Cheap and nasty products. Went to exchange an item after 15 days when I was set upon by two rude women, aggressively pointing out that exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Second woman overheard conversation and clambered out from the store room to join the attack. No decorum whatsoever, will never return.

9.05am store not ready for customers, was told to come back at 9.15am. When your in a hurry thats not convenient at all.

Went in yesterday this store has really rude people working. Was ignored and not given proper and timely customer service forcing me to jump in and raise my voice just to ask for a price on an item with no price label. Poor store display and very very poor customer service.

Excellent service! Click and collect showed my order in stock and when I called to check, it wasn’t. The team at house are picking up my order from another store ensuring I can pick it up tomorrow. Unreal!

First and last time I’ll shop here. Bought an item yesterday that I wasn’t sure of the correct size so the salesperson said I could change it if the size was not right.Went back today as it was too large and as I was talking to one salesperson about the change someone else stepped in - can only assume it’s the store manager - who was quick to advise that it was a change of mind and that with the price difference I had to buy something else in store with the exchange.I felt very humiliated as it was not a change of mind and I was not expecting a refund but with other people waiting behind me I did as I was told but I felt like something was not right.Now please explain how this is a change of mind and why I must purchase something else? Is that legal? Can you please share by responding to this comment exactly how it’s a change of mind and why I must purchase something there and then. Many other businesses would offer a credit and whilst this may not part of your policy please also explain how you believe you have not pressured someone into making an impulse decision.Happy to also ask the Consumer Affair Commission.Thank you.

Tons of hard to find items, that most other stores don’t have. Will definitely shop again.

Good quality stuff on sale and staff was very helpfull

If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. Terrible service! They didn't even have measuring cups so the salesman" tried to sell me a $20 measuring jug
