A HUGE shoutout to Dr Mark and his team, they go above and beyond for me and my family with all our needs. Mark never rushes my appointments and is always very helpful and happy to answer any questions that I have, the staff are always super friendly and welcoming..

Clearly states walk-in on the signage but I was turned away. I have a serious issue I need to see a doctor. This receptionist turned me away and seemed to have little interest in being helpful. Not really impressed.

Both Dr Mark and Dr Sandra are very caring , both my husband and myself feel lucky to have got them to look after us, if you need a prescription it's sent to the chemist to pick up couldn't be better. we are both older so a few health issues going on but feel happy to have Doctors that are reliable.

The best doctors I’ve ever been to, an overall great experience and a pleasure to go there. Everyone is extremely kind and I highly recommend this practise.

Moving up to central coast has been a nightmare to find a doctor I thoroughly trust, who looks at me when I talk and honestly listens. Thank you Dr M Jones my faith has been restored. I just wish my husband could get in.Also the lovely girls have gone above and beyond for me, thank you.

Hopeless. Paying a private rate for a doctor who never remembers who I am and we revisit my health history each time. None of my information seems to be saved on file. I am unable to access any digital copies of my referrals or have them sent to other practitioners. Will not be coming back.

After being out of the country for several years and my previous doctor retiring I thought I would try a new doctor. I am now retired and thought I would try my local doctor. I have never been to a practice which is so money driven. From the moment you walk in the door you are hit with fees. Then they will not send me my results as I have to speak to the doctor and pay $80 to do so. I was told to make a non urgent" appointment. If it is not urgent why can't you send me the results of 'MY' blood tests (note: you sent a previous blood test to me by email and I wasn't charged - was that because I wasn't changing doctors at that time or did the receptionist forget to charge me) I am changing Doctors now and wanted the blood results but they still did not want to give them to me so I could take them to the new Doctor. Instead they wanted another $22 to send over my files. I just find this practice mercenary. The doctor ordered 3 blood tests without telling me why. I received a call from the Secretary and each time I asked why am I doing these blood tests. Her easy response is she does not know. The Doctor could not even make a phone call to me to let me know the reason for these tests. You guessed it - if I wanted to know why I could make an appointment to speak to the doctor (virtually) and you guessed it - another $80.I guess I was spoilt by my previous doctor and so sad he retired. He made house calls when I was sick and could not get to the surgery. He gave me all the information I needed when getting tested and gave me my results over the phone (without a fee). It was only if the results had to be discussed/treated further

Lovley doctors always straight on to it. Never problem with the doctors highly recommend.But the blonde girl the counter,not so good. Told my mother that her scans were in and nothing was wrong at all. Even tho she isn't a doctor she still looked at them bad didn't know what was going on. Turns out she has a fractured back.

Unfortunately discusted. As Sandra Jones is the best doctor that my family have ever had and she moved here a few years ago. I have now moved up here and wanted to go back to Sandra and reception just said the books are closed and only wanted to tell me somewhere else i can go instead of trying to help.
