We ordered many spares but sadly , parts of late were getting sent to all addresses other than ours. It made our business look bad with delayed supplied parts. Eventually supplied stove elements going faulty under warranty and wws just refused to honer warranty. A Most sad way to run a business. There are many good and efficient better companies to deal with that appreciate our business .

They were the only place that listed the part I needed as in stock, so I ordered the part and a week later they refunded my money with a note saying it isn't available. I'm upset they said they had it in stock and didn't make a point of notifying me ASAP, rather just tacking a note onto my refund. I waited a week without my washing machine just to find out they didn't have the stock they claimed to have. PS. I check my email over 5 times a day.

Great service from people who know what they're talking about. I rang on Monday from Melbourne, looking for an obsolete belt for our older clothes dryer. The guy who answered the phone suggested a replacement, took payment over the phone and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. I just fitted it and we have a perfectly working appliance again. I read some of the negative reviews and tbh, most of them seem pretty baseless. 100% positive experience.

What a shame, previously bought wash machine parts with no problem but really hard to ignore quite so many bad reviews all saying the same thing.Some people are good at their job but shouldn't be let anywhere near the public. I know reviews can be unfair but this many all making the same complaint is really hard to ignore. Is the business large enough to employ a friendly receptionist? Just a thought. Might be worth it.In reply: Sadly you prove my point and that of many others. Nothing free wanted or asked for. Don't know any two years old that can write reviews either. Your business, your choice. Try reading Google lessons on responding to negative reviews, might be helpful but you don't sound like you take advice very well so maybe not worth bothering. Best wishes.

Hi there, just avoid this Business by any means. I paid for a fridge controller online for $136.42 + $22 freight and $3.14 CC-fee. 6 days later I did not receive the part, instead an e-mail telling me to pay now an extra 162.08 on top of the purchase price. A whopping 117%.If you fill up petrol at a rate of $2 per liter mentioned at the pump you only pay $2 per liter at the station, not $4.

We ordered a main board for our fridge for 136.42 plus 22.00 shipping. Hubby paid straight away and waited for the delivery. A few days later Wayne wrote him that the price went up from 136.42 to 298.50. This is over 100% increase.Because we have paid for that item, it is against the law to change the price after payment.If he would have done his homework and read the Australian consumer laws, which says:A supplier who displays the same item with morethan one price—‘multiple pricing’—must sell it forthe lowest displayed price.Failing to sell goods for the lowest displayedprice can lead to maximum civil and criminalpenalties of $5000 for a body corporate and$1000 for an individual."His answer was: "What are you on the pxb has been sent at this price and there is no warranty if you are not a qualified technician and I can change the price when ever I want so I do not get what you are arguing about"So hubby wrote him that we like to have the money back because he got so rude and we started getting anxious not getting the money back at all

I am a Sydney based electrician and I order a lot of parts from these guys, never had an issue, always been prompt and honest and stock a lot of parts others don't, they'll go out of their way to research parts that'll work if genuine parts are no longer available.Will be contacting them today for another job.

I had purchased an Asko dishwasher and Asko had placed work order with Wayne's wholesale spares. The company had made contact, said they were waiting on parts and would make contact once they arrived. I waited just over three weeks, made a phone call just to chase up and see how it was all coming along. The rudest gentleman I have ever dealt with WAYNE, proceeded to yell at me and say there is a world wide shortage on parts! I was only just checking no need to yell at me. Now what happened next is something that I never do but I felt this needed to be done. I called the office number and explained to the receptionist who was the most lovely lady ever and she said yes that RICK & WAYNE always conduct themselves like that. The next day I had received a call from Wayne wanting to book my repair in, I told him no I do not want him coming to my property with this horrible attitude. I had received a phone call later that day from Asko directly, apologizing on his behalf they had cancelled the work order for me and the most amazing gentleman from Asko named Scott fixed this right away for us. Contact ASKO directly. STAY AWAY!
