Dalini was super helpful today when I went into enquire about a piece of jewellery being fixed. She was able to give me a full replacement of the item which I 100% was not expecting and was more that happy to pay the repair fee. Her customer service was spot on.

Terrible 1st experience in this store!!! I was so excited to go into the store at Garden City to buy my new ring and try it on in person, as I could have purchased it online but I wanted to make sure it fit perfectly. I was told that I could not try it on before buying due to Covid, how ridiculous, as every other jewellery store in Garden City allows you to try rings on before you buy! Worst customer service ever!!! So condescending!!! All the staff are robots!!

Went in for some advice on a few rings and earrings I’ve purchased in the last year going green. The girl I spoke to was very quick to blame me for getting moisture in jewellery without even asking any questions… while looking at me quite judgmental.The jewellery has always gone into my sealed jewellery box (with no green on said items) and these particular pieces had not been used for about 3-6months. Everything gets polished prier to being put away. The green buildup has only accumulated over that time span and I was so socked at how cheap it made this expensive jewellery look. So while she could tell be all the things she couldn’t do (no in store cleaning, no polishing cloths left, once the damage is done there’s nothing you can do, can’t return items in that timeframe) I have to question that this is either one of the more rubbish stores or the brand is actually just expensive ‘cheap’ jewellery…Would love to know otherwise

Although the Chinese lady and the caucasian lady serving was rude. I don’t find both of them useful at all, just rushing through sales and rolling eyes when you speak of your opinion or changes your mind on certain items. But I must say I’m giving this 5 star to Jessica, the SA. She is awesome throughout my purchase. She have been really patience and helpful in providing great services. I really appreciate her listening, explanations and suggestions of gift idea. She is really awesome and she deserves this 5 star contribution.

This is nothing related to the customer service but the bracelets.My fiancé got me a bracelet a couple of years back and I almost cried when I lost it for the first time. Months later, I lost it again, and again until the clasps broke off.We went back to get a replacement and my gosh it keeps happening even on the new one!I was gifted a Pandora bracelet the same time as the first one with Swarovski and not once has it broken or came off... I had to hook the Swarovski's bracelet with my Pandora so I won't need to stress for it to drop (and mind you, the Swarovski's bracelet keeps coming off and dangles).Never recommend the bracelets here.

Was told it was ok to take photos but that video calls were against company policy without any explanation as to why.Not filming. Not live streaming. Just simply talking to my fiance via video call.This made it awkward to buy her a birthday gift as i was showing her her options to see what she liked. Not that the sales assistant would leave me alone long enough to hear my fiance's opinion as she was hovering over me and pestering me

My wife loved the 1st set of earrings and wanted another pair. Ya for me. Nice to have something easy to buy for the wife. Because I am at a loss to figure out what anyone wants. Thank you.

I went in to enquire information about purchasing a few new pieces and the staff were helpful and kind through out the whole process, definitely recommend this branch over the one in the city as these staff members just seemed to be more knowledgable overall.
