I got a piercing and Tara and Kody at the Maroochydore store were literally the best. Gave great advice and answered all my questions! Kody also did a fantastic job of making me super comfortable and making the experience a memorable one. I really appreciate both of their hard work.

One particular lady who works there has a bad attitude. Called up to get my daughters ears pierced and was not impressed with her customer service at all. Maybe time for a new job ?Skin kandy is the place to go for a professional piercing.

Most horrible experience, blonde girl that does the piercings did horrible. my friend and I went in together and she got her belly button pierced, the lady pierced it put the jewellery through and snapped in while inside her belly, she had to do the whole process over again after she just put her through the pain of getting it once, she claimed this hasn’t happened in 2 years yet then she did the same thing when she peirced my nose, horrible. She put the blame on us by saying she was rushing so we wouldn’t feel the pain. Bull

Tara from the Maroochydore store delivered amazing customer service tonight. As a male who was looking for make-up for cross-dress with zero knowledge, Tara advised me on which skin tone matching products would suit my complexion, as well as explaining to me which products compliment each other and would suit the look I was after!Being anxious myself about shopping for make-up, there was no judgement and made sure I was looked after. I will DEFINITELY be shopping here again!

I called to ask about a piercing, if they offer the ball ring initially in the forward helix,As I’ve had it done previously with a ring and loved it never had an issue. I was responded to so rudely saying how ridiculous it would have looked and that it’s not an option. And abruptly hung up on… wow. Renee needs to up her communication skills

Amazing service . Had an appointment booked in at SK downstairs which my little girl waited over a week for her birthday. Only to be denied even though we bought her birth certificate and photo ID , it still wasn’t enough to prove we were parents . So we went straight upstairs to cosmetics and got in straight away , no tears , no issues and our two year old was so happy with her earrings and even got a little bravery award. I have had all my ears and nose done here from the age of 16 and never had any issues . Highly recommended for service and professionalism. Will be bringing our other girl back in a week . Thanks guys

My daughter has had two ear piercings done here and both times the staff members were patient, took great care and dealt with her nerves really compassionately. Cannot fault the service. Thank you
