I booked Automover after a lot of research on different car freights, and the good reviews were really helpful in making my decision.I had my car freighted with them door-to-door from Brisbane to Canberra. Melinda was lovely and very responsive in her emails in managing the booking and answering my questions. I was advised that my car would arrive in 6 to 12 business days, and it arrived in 5. No issues there :)But, there were hiccups in terms of arranging a time to pick up and drop off the car, which can be inconvenient for people who need to take time off or be flexible with work.I booked the car to be picked up on a Monday and was told we'd only receive notice 30-60mins before someone would come to get the car. Around the end of the day, we were advised that the car would be picked up the next day instead, which was frustrating because my parents waited around the whole day for that call. When the car was picked up, I asked for as much advance notice of when the car would dropped off in Canberra as possible so that I could make arrangements with work. They ended up calling me late the day before and said they'd drop off the car the next morning. I was lucky my partner would be home to receive the car in my stead.The car also arrived very dirty (which seems common with car freight since the last car that I had delivered was also very muddy). But not that big of a deal.Overall, good company which delivered my car quickly, but could work on its communications better as to not inconvenience customers in terms of pick up and drop off.

Yes, the price is fair and cheap, but the customer service is horrible. I think it’s just the attitude of Queensland people that is absolutely unfriendly. I got my car delivered to Sydney, and every time I’d ring up for an update they never greeted in a friendly way, especially that receptionist lady. In every work environment you always prioritise your customers first. This company needs to work on that.

Put all these 1 star review a side..I m stoked how fast my 2 cars has been traveled bloody fast!! Now i m returning my hire car saving money too!If i need to move cars interstate, i will definitely coming back for sure!!

Best car transport service! Melinda was extremely helpful and made it very comfortable for me. They transported my MR2 from Victoria to Adelaide in about a week. Affordable, fast and reliable. They offer Goods in car for a great price compared to other car transport businesses. Adrian also offered great customer service, went the extra mile to help me out. Keep up the good work, will definitely come back if I need to transport a car :)

Was a bit skeptic about shipping car interstate especially full of personal items but I was pleasantly surprised! The price was also the lowest I found including personal items! My car arrived in perfect condition with all items intact from Gold Coast to Melbourne in 3 days including weekend days! Insanely quick and highly recommend to others! This was just before Christmas as well so even more surprised at how efficient they were! The pickup depot in Melbourne was super convinient to my location.

First time moving a car from Sydney to Brisbane. Rang around and generally poor or no responses from other transport companies.Auto Mover good to talk to and everything went well. Don't expect your car to appear quickly as they obviously need to fill up the truck with vehicles to Brisbane before leaving to make it worthwhile. Bear in mind I did not want the hassle of having the seller drop off the vintage vehicle at a depot so price is higher. Same in Brisbane for me. Driver removed vehicle from truck and parked in my garage no problem. Would recommend them again. If you have your heart and budget set on a car in Sydney - go for it! cheers Peter W
