I would highly recommend Andrew from Van Solo for his great service. My experience with him will never be forgotten. His care, compassion and professionalism was fantastic! He took time to explain what he was going to do and he did that exactly !!His quality of service is outstanding and I can’t recommend him enough!

Had a motorbike transported from the ACT to Melbourne. Andrew kept me informed the whole way through the process. Communication was outstanding, he took care of the bike as it was his own. Provided me a report when he picked the bike up and kept me up to date of his travel through a tracker system. If you want a bike moved and protected in a van without anyone else handling it then Andrew is your man. A1 service.

By far the best motorcycle transport I've used. By far. Competitive price, clear communication, motorcycle enthusiast who takes care with the bike. Even the interstate seller commented how simple and easy the pickup was and how rare it is to meet someone in this industry as easy to get along with.Also, the actual pickup, and drop off were exactly as expected, got done 3 weeks earlier than the nearest big truck company i could organise and you get a tracking link to view the bike's progress as it's delivered.Very happy with service and will be in touch the next time I need interstate transport

Fantastic service. Stuck in Port Macquarie with a broken leg and Andrew was so accommodating. Was able to track the pick up and return of my bike which was reassuring. His quote was a bit more expensive but I had a good feeling about this guy. I was right. So glad I used Van Solo and happy to support a small local business.

He called when pickup was organized to introduce himself and again with each step of the process both to the buyer and seller.Live tracking a tool I never thought I would have appreciated until after I had used it.. I simply wouldn't do another transport without it, no waiting around or wondering where the bike is.Say you need to head out for five that's fine as you can see how far away he is in 'Realtime'.I have nothing but compliments and astonishing amazement at his business and how he conducts it.100% professional, no nonsense, the man is genuine and to his word. I asked him how the bike sounded.. He responded with 'It's not my business to know, I transport the bikes no funny business I wouldn't want someone doing it to me, so I wouldn't do it to you.' he doesn't start or run them, strictly loads and unloads with the help of his cleverly designed van.Pre delivery report with photo evidence, it's like you're there and he knows his stuff too. He loves bikes after all, it's his passion.I've had bikes transported before, I've had the shock of having them arrive and waiting while five others are unloaded before mine or to get the delivery from another person with a different name or company meaning the bike changed couriers - unload and load how many times.. You wouldn't know.Not with Andrew, he loads and it doesn't come off to it gets to you!! My land speeder had become too well known to the local Stormtrooper garrison, so it was time for a change. Van Solo collected my trade-in, delivered it, and picked up my new speeder from Campbelltown Prime at light-speed. The process was so fast that, with the time dilation, my new bright-green steed arrived 20 minutes before I decided to trade the old one. Van Solo is undoubtedly the most reliable & professional freighter pilot in The Empire. His Wookie is also house-trained, almost.

I had Andrew pick up a Ducati I purchased from Lithgow and brought it back down to Canberra. The communication from the time I booked to the time it arrived at my door was fantastic!Andrew was really helpful with the process of purchasing a sight unseen bike, ensuring he had all the spare parts and paper work and generally putting my mind at ease.Most importantly, my bike was well looked after during transport and arrived without any problem.I highly recommend Andrew and will definitely use Van Solo for any any future bike moves.
