I super recommend the company. I've been working for Laylan for the last 8 months and I consider one of the best bosses I ever had. She's so sweet and always make sure that both, staff and clients, are happy. All the clients that I work or worked for are very with their service.

The ladies who come out to clean are very polite and friendly and they do a decent job. I have been happy with them all.However I am not happy with the company as a whole. I have been with them for 10 weeks and in 5 visits, I have had 3 different ladies to clean my home. The first lady spoke no English at all which was not a problem as we made do with google translate but I was not given prior notice that the lady did not speak any English.The second visit, Building Abilities texted me very late at night to say the cleaner could not come the next morning as she was unwell and said she would be there the following day. Why not just send someone else instead?3rd visit there was no problems.4th visit the cleaner came for only 2 hours even though Building Abilities were well aware that I am booked in for 3 hours per fortnight. I made sure they were aware that I need 3 hours, not two and they apologised.5th visit was this morning and the cleaner told me that she was told by her boss only 2 hours! I really like this cleaner, she is friendly, she does a good job and she works hard. I'll miss her to be honest.Unfortunately because Building Abilities only built resentment and disappointment for me, I have had to change companies. They seem to forget that they work for me and that my needs should be their first priority. I have no problems with the ladies that come out to clean, it's the management that I have a problem with as the customer is not their first priority.There are many NDIS cleaners out there and Building Abilities need to realise that it takes 5 minutes to replace them. Without customers, they have no business so the customer should always come first, especially when they are being reasonable over multiple mistakes.
