Tropik Pilates
I started with Tropic this year as it was time to invest in me. This investment is so worth it. I love my sessions with Bek, she challenges me and I love how sore I feel afterwards as I know I am building my strength and flexibility. I never thought I would be able to do what I can do on the reformer, I love Bek's playlists and the vibe she creates in the studio.The sessions are the BEST!

Tropik Pilates
Tropik Pilates is a such warm and welcoming atmosphere to move in. Beks sessions are structured purely around you and your body, goals and how you are feeling on that day. I've attended Tropik over the last few years and have always left a session feeling brighter, more energised and more confident than when I walked in.
