Unprofessional staff with no sense of control over their tongue, Colin especially is an absolutely lousy person to interact with post tenancy.Forget about trying to contact them post tenancy for bond money. Directly contact SACAT.Property rented : 14b Travers Place at $380 pw got a bill for 300+ for 3 months energy supply (made me pay 40% of shared utilities with house at front with no bill receipts from energy provider)Charged additional 300+ for cleaning.This was a garage turned house with one bedroom.
