I went there the last week because we need a new tyres, when we back to picked our car up there was a scratch on the side door. We spoken with them and they told us they couldn’t check the cameras without the main office permissionToday the called my girlfriend saying the didn’t make damage to our car, so she asked them if she could see the video and they just showed her a random picture.My suggestion is: If you like to be treat like an stupd and you would like to see your car with scratches.This is your place.0 stars if I could

The staff recommended wrong size of tyres .Back to check make an appointment pay extra change to correct size .That is fine for me .I come on time and been told the tyres not coming yet still need to wait .I need to come back tomorrow.Please just give a call before I come maybe half an hour enough.Totally wasting time.

Went in with a tyre issue 20 mins before they closed. They were nice enough to help me out last minute. Best customer service I have ever received. Really recommend them!

Ordered tyres and booked Friday morning, dropped ute off for 4 tyres and wheel balance on Saturday morning as agreed. Return over an hour later to be told they only had one of the tyres I ordered in stock. So had to go with a different brand. This was bad communication from the new personnel at this store. I do not understand why the staff waited over an hour for me to return to communicate this to me, they had my phone number and the issue could have been resolved with a 2 minute phone call.In the end a 1 hour job took over 21/2 hours to complete, due to this poor communication.This would never have happened with Phil and the crew he had. Would be good to have Phil and his crew back. Always had good service from them.
