Still waiting on a refund for Grout I purchased some time back, they couldn't find how it was charged but I clearly paid for it and picked it up with my Tiles. Called in and phoned them many times and ended up giving up. Neri was helpful in the first instance when I purchased the tiles then the shutters went up!! Still waiting for the refund of 2 x 5kg of grout and being on a pension this money goes a LONG way! Bloody Angry......most certainly!! Once again I had to call in and see these guys for my refund and a promise they would call me back by the end of the week.Update......Weeks have gone by and no call so again contacted them only to find out they would not acknowledge the refund. It is there loss as I often refer people to suppliers I have used over the years and prior to this debacle I had referred people to them. This will no longer happen and the cost to them will be far greater than the refund I rightfully deserve!!!

The best price with good quality tiles, very knowledgeable owner.They got big pots for plants as well as great range of new floor tile which looks amazing on the floor.Also if you looking for the match of your old tile for repair or replacement this is the best place to find the closest match, you won’t come empty handed they always really helpful.

Used to be good but not any more the guy from New Zealand he was very good. current worker not helpful and not friendly. I hope the management do something about it.

Ross the warehouse worker has amazing customer service. Not to mention that perfectly lined beard.
