Excellent experience, I highly recommend you book your bike fit with Mick. He knows his stuff, and got me into a massively improved position on my bike. I am generating better power, and am much more comfortable in the saddle after our session. He also gave me some handy exercise to help with my hamstrings and glutes!

The best bike fit experience. I came to Mick with a new bike that I got, and I had a lot of imbalances physically. Mick was very patient and friendly, and had time to listen to everything I had to say about my experience cycling and anything else related. He took the time to assess my mobility and strength and find any asymmetries and took the time to explain things and provide me with advice and information. His attention to detail was amazing, leaving no stone unturned to get the fit just right! I am writing this review having done 12 hours of riding, and everything feels great ! I highly recommend him.

I came to Mick for a bike fit and saw my performance improve right away. Mick's expertise, knowledge and professionalism is beyond exceptional. He made the the bike fitting experience great and also provided exercises to further improve performance. Would highly recommend Mick for the services that he provides.

After receiving multiple bike shop fits over the years, I was blown away with Mick's attention to detail when he fit my bike in late 2021. His knowledge, patience and experience was extremely evident. The attention to detail - from checking flexibility off the bike through to minor tweaks ensuring the most comfortable yet efficient fit. It is the full service and I would recommend to anyone whether they are a beginner or a professional. Already looking forward to my next bike fit!

Mick has an in-depth and expert knowledge of the requirements to race at the highest level, and uses this experience to provide advice and guidance to all levels of athletes.When I first went to Mick I was experiencing pain in my knee from pedalling and with a few changes to my position and tips for strengthening my core and hips, I am feeling stable on the bike and have subsequently increased my power output and performance.On top of this, Mick is a genuinely nice guy who is easy to talk to about anything! 5 stars isn’t enough!

I can't recommend Mick for his expertise in bike fitting and massage therapy!I've been lucky to have Mick support my over the past few years, dialling in my bike fit and help me adapt to changes in new equipment. He is extremely knowledgeable not just about what an ideal fit looks and feels like, but making sure it is works for your body's physiology. He has helped me to be more comfortable and powerful on the bike. Now racing as a professional cyclist, I can't thank Mick enough for his services and continuing assistance which has helped me to get to where I am today!

Had my TT bike fitted with Mick, very impressed with the results. He’s a very nice guy, patient, professional and full of knowledge.I strongly recommend him. He always explain what he’s doing, taking the time to make sure I was feeling super comfy on the bike. Loved every part of it, I even brought my road bike 2 days after to get it fitted, loving the results!He also has a super chilled dog ;)

If I could give more stars, I would.Mick is professional, friendly, informative and a really top bloke. After experiencing neck and knee pain on my new bike I was keen to get a fit done. Mick’s attention to detail was incredible; he even identified stuff that no other fitters or physios had told me before, so I was super impressed. Now my bike feels absolutely dialled. 10/10, don’t put it off. Just go see Mick.

Amazing service and nice chat! Mick is great explaining the fit process, gives tips on cycling (he was a professional cyclist after all!), and works with parts on your bike instead of selling you all the new bits and pieces. I still ended up buying insoles and they are great! Would come in the future!
