Nice area, lots of shade from the lovely old trees, picnic shelter, small playground. But Council need to build a toilet block.

Can't speak for the dog park but the river/stream needs to be cleaned. Bikes, ladders and rubbish can be seen stuck amongst trees

It's to small....my dogs don't like it.They love walking along the river though.Can I recommend some more garbage bins....I had to carry my dogs poo until I was getting in the car.Down by the river there is a huge grassed area. A few big trees with picnic tables would be really nice.

Not enough. The water smells around the park. Probably not always. But swift Park has a better atmosphere. And better shade. Plus a toilet block. Tables and benches.

Small agility area but is fenced in. Water fountain for dog outside fenced area. Only a few spots to park on the residential road

Great service supplied by GCCC. Recently upgraded. Adjacent picnic table area and playground also upgraded.

Probably a 2km path that you can walk along (make sure your dog is on a leash as the council patrol here pretty much daily). There is a small off leash dog area, but it is not the best park on the coast. If you have a larger dog it’s definitely worth it to head to Pizzey park or even the talle dog island… this one is just not large enough to tire my girl out, and it’s not enriching enough for me also, nobody wants to pace the same short path to get a walk in!

Place was full of Karen's enforcing the 'pick up your dog's poo' rule over enthusiastically... Dog however says 5 stars - anything less would be 'RUFF'... I'm listening to the dog. Woof!
