Looking for a mindful place close to home? The Watcher is in Keilor next to Essendon. This was my go-to spot in lockdown 2021 as it was within my 10km travel radius. I came here so many times alone to workout, chill or brought the family for a quiet time enjoying the view.You can't swim but you can bring scooters to scoot along the boardwalk. Not suitable with toddlers unless you constantly hold their hand. There area picnic tables around, plush grass to sit and picnic and there's also 2 BBQs there. No toilets or facilities. Just a simple mindful miniature lake to chill ❤️Its tucked within a residential area!

Interesting.Housing estate surrounding a billabong.No services.Not really loved and maintained.Very dry.Could be beautiful

Not a lot here to look at...the sculpture is cool...but nothing much else to see. No cafe or toilets to be seen at the time either.

Another one of those places/suburbs Melbourne throws at you and that’s a great thing about this beautiful city! If you’re up this way worth the lookout for the lookout guy!And a great little area for a BBQ and away from the craziness of Keilor Road.
